ClaudeLab is the AI line of SwiftLabs. We come from software development - frontend, backend and, for years now, AI - and we help companies take that step early rather than catch up later.
Who we are
We watched from close up how fast this changed.
We have built software for years, frontend and backend, and followed from the start what became possible with the new models. Something people tried out cautiously turned, in a short time, into a tool you can work with seriously - connected to real systems, with real data, in daily operation.
Technically, most of it is now in place. What is missing is the doing. In the vast majority of companies this potential sits unused - not out of disinterest, but because between a possibility and a running process lies a great deal of work that nobody has time for alongside the day job.
That is where we want to help. Whoever brings these systems into their processes now builds a lead that is hard to close later: faster quotes, less routine, more time for the work that matters. Our concern is that this step does not end in a presentation at your company, but in a process that runs every day.

- Every project starts with a process recording, not with a tool. We name a price afterwards - before that it would be a guess, and you would be the one paying for it.
- One step at a time
- One process that runs, then the next. You can stop after any step without what came before losing its value.
- Clear boundaries
- What the system does itself and what a person signs off, we fix in writing. So everyone in the company knows where they stand - including the colleague who has to work with it.
- We stay
- Models change, interfaces disappear, processes move. We keep up with that, so your system still does in a year what you built it for.
- Honest arithmetic
- We show no borrowed logos and no percentages nobody can check. And if a process is not worth automating, we say so before you pay for it.
What we can do
More than a chatbot.
An assistant that answers questions is the easy part. The value appears where a system is connected to your world: to the ERP, to inventory, to the mailbox, to file storage, to the tool that has no interface at all. That is our craft - integrations, permissions, logging, behaviour when things go wrong.
And with it the other half of the work: judging which process is worth automating at all and which is better left alone. The two together are why there is a running process at the end - with acceptance criteria, fixed boundaries and somebody who keeps looking after it.
