That is not a sales line but experience: models get retired, interfaces disappear, prompts drift, processes move. A system nobody keeps up quietly gets worse - and you notice only once it is wrong.

Why operations is the actual product
Most providers deliver a project and disappear. With conventional software that is defensible - an invoice template still does the same thing in three years. With AI it is not: the ground moves underneath the system without anyone changing anything.
So we do not build anything we would not also operate. If you want to run it yourself, you can - you get the documentation and the access. But without somebody watching, an AI process is a promise with an expiry date.
The two levels
- Care · from €290/month per process
- Monitoring, model and interface updates, fixing what breaks, running the infrastructure. The baseline: the system keeps doing what it is supposed to do.
- Managed · €1,490/month
- Additionally a named contact, continuous development, agreed response times and a quarterly report to management.
- The switching point
- From five processes on, Care costs the same as Managed. From there Managed pays for itself arithmetically - we do not have to sell you anything.
Both levels are cancellable monthly. We hold nobody through a contract term, only through the work.

What does operating an AI process cost?
Care starts at €290 per month and process. Managed is a flat €1,490 per month, regardless of how many processes there are.
What happens when a model is retired?
We migrate. That is included in operations and one of the main reasons it exists - a retired model would otherwise shut the process down.
Can we run it ourselves?
Yes. You get documentation and access. We only advise naming somebody responsible - unattended, an AI system drifts.
Is there a minimum term?
No, both levels are cancellable monthly.
Are you liable for what the AI produces?
For our work - architecture, integration, tests, guardrails - yes, within the agreed contractual scope. Nobody can vouch for the substance of a third-party model output; that is why we fix autonomy and scope of action in writing for each process.
