Every price is here. What it turns into for you depends on scope - and the audit establishes that before anybody writes a number into a contract.

Why every price says "from"
Because scope decides, and we do not know it before we have looked. A fixed price without that groundwork contains either a risk premium or a miscalculation - and the client pays for both. After the audit there is one figure in the quote, and it holds.
What it depends on
Five things decide where in the range you land.

How many systems are involved
A process that reads one system and writes back into the same one is a different project from one that touches ERP, mailbox, file storage and a portal. Every connection is work - the most reliable cost driver there is.

Whether an interface exists
If a legacy system has no way out, we build one. That is almost always possible, but it costs - and it is the point where a project can eat its own benefit.

How many formats there are
Four suppliers with four invoice layouts is routine. Forty is a work package of its own.

What an error costs
A process with high error costs needs more checks, more test cases and a tighter sign-off. That is right, and it costs.

How clear the rules are
Where the company disagrees internally about how a case should be handled, the project settles that question too. That is valuable, and it was rarely planned for.

Regardless of size. Nothing on this list is charged separately, and none of it is negotiable - it is the part without which a system should not go into production.

How billing works
- Quote
- After the audit, in writing, with a fixed figure and 14 days validity.
- Payment
- By invoice, net 14 days. Larger projects in instalments against progress.
- Crediting the audit
- In full against the first follow-up project, with no deadline.
- Model costs
- The cost of the models used lands with you directly, not through us. We estimate it in the audit and state it in the quote.
- Operations
- Monthly, cancellable at the end of any month. No minimum term.
- VAT
- All figures plus statutory VAT.
Frequently asked
What does an AI project cost for a mid-sized company?
A single automated process starts at €6,900, each further one in the same project at €4,900. Before that comes the audit at €2,500, credited in full against the build. A system across departments starts at €45,000 and is only offered after an audit.
Why can I not get a fixed price up front?
Because the effort depends on which data we can reach - and that cannot be settled at a desk, only by trying. A fixed price without that groundwork therefore contains either a risk premium or a miscalculation.
Is the operations contract mandatory?
No, but recommended. Models change, interfaces disappear, processes move - a system without maintenance stops being what you built it for after about nine months. You can also run it yourself; we hand over everything needed.
Are there model costs on top of these prices?
Yes. The cost of the models used runs through your own accounts rather than ours, so you keep control of it. For most processes it is a low two-figure sum per month; we estimate it for your case during the audit.
Is there a minimum term?
Not for operations - cancellable monthly at month end. The project itself has no term, it has an acceptance.
