Membership
What we build goes to the circle.
We build automations and agents continuously - for clients and for our own operation. A small circle gets them, running and ready to put to use, along with access to the people who built them.

What arrives
Parts that carry beyond the one client.
Every project throws off parts that carry beyond the one client - an agent that reads receipts and writes them back into the accounts, or a connection to a system many companies run. Those parts go to the circle.
What arrives is built and running. Code and configuration come with it, together with the steps that bring it up in your own house.
The circle is only starting. What sits in it comes out of live projects and grows at the pace we build. We name no fixed rhythm for that reason.
What the membership covers
The parts themselves
Automations and agents out of our own work. What is handed over is what runs, with code and configuration.
What they need
Each part states which systems it connects to and which access it needs. You know that before you start, not halfway through.
The people behind them
Questions go to the people who built it. There is no first line that forwards you on.
When something changes
If a model shifts or an interface disappears, we bring the affected parts up to date and say so in the circle.
Term
Cancel monthly, no minimum term. Whoever stops keeps whatever has arrived up to then.
The circle stays small. That is the condition for a question reaching the people who build.
When the membership is not worth it.
What arrives is built - that does not make it connected. Somebody has to set the access and sit with the first run - that is not a development department, but it is somebody. Where nobody is there for it, what arrives stays where it landed.
And if your bottleneck is a single routine that nobody else runs the way you do, it will not turn up in the circle. For that we build to order, and that starts with a conversation.
The other way in
When the first question is what is worth doing at all.
The circle delivers what is already built. Which of your routines justifies the effort is what the strategy session settles, for €1,200: we look at how the business runs and put it in writing - what is worth automating, and roughly what that costs.

What does the membership cost?
€400 a month plus VAT.
How long am I tied in?
Not at all. Cancel monthly, no minimum term. Whatever arrived before you cancel stays with you.
Are there courses or recordings?
No. We pass on what is built. We do not offer courses or talks, here or anywhere else.
How often does something arrive?
At the pace we build. We name no fixed rhythm - we would then have to fill it instead of shipping what is finished.
Do we need developers in house?
Somebody who can set access and read a configuration. Whoever looks after your IT is usually enough.
Does the membership replace a project of our own?
No. The circle holds what is general enough to run in several companies. What only runs your way, we build to order - and that starts with the strategy session.
Tell us what should be running at your place.
A short conversation is enough to settle whether the circle fits your business or whether building to order gets you further.
